THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement or course of performance
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our Services will meet your requirements or expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUCEM TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neucem Technologies Pvt Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your content.
